Lexington Ridge Apartments was the first apartment complex in Lincoln to obtain the energy star rating. Due to that rating status, all residents receive a $5.00 credit every month off of their electric bill! Apartments are all electric and numerous measures have been taken to keep utility costs down for residents including high efficiency heat pumps, water heaters and improved building insulation.
