Incentive Timing
For specials equal to one full month of rent or more:
- 50% of the concession is applied to the first full month of occupancy.
- The remaining 50% is credited to the occupancy.
For specials less than one full month of rent:
- The entire concession is credited in the first full month of occupancy.

This is our Charleston 2 floor plan with one bedroom, one bathroom, and 685 square feet of living space. This floor plan offers a walk-in closet, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, and an energy-saving heat pump. Though this unit does not feature a laundry room, there are coin operated laundry available right next to this floor plan on the first and second floor of every building.
