- Application Deadline: Prospects must apply within 24 hours of their tour.
- Move-In/Lease Start Timeline: Lease must begin within 48 hours of application approval.
Incentive Timing
For specials equal to one full month of rent or more:
- 50% of the concession is applied to the first full month of occupancy.
- The remaining 50% is credited to the occupancy.
For specials less than one full month of rent:
- The entire concession is credited in the first full month of occupancy.

This is our Charleston floorplan with one bedroom, one bathroom, and 729 square feet of living space. This floorplan offers a walk-in closet, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, washer/dryer connections, and an energy-saving heat pump. The spacious kitchen features beautiful oak cabinets, a breakfast bar, ice maker, and microwave. Select units also include vaulted ceilings and/or an extra storage closet.
