- Lease Term Requirement: Specials apply to 12-month or longer lease terms.
- Application Deadline: Prospects must apply within 24 hours of their tour.
- Move-In/Lease Start Timeline: Lease must begin within 48 hours of application approval.
Incentive Timing
For specials equal to one full month of rent or more:
- 50% of the concession is applied to the first full month of occupancy.
- The remaining 50% is credited to the occupancy.
For specials less than one full month of rent:
- The entire concession is credited in the first full month of occupancy.
